I walked in as a ball of human-shaped stress and walked out as a puddle of pure tranquility. I'm pretty sure my spine is currently made of cooked noodles, and I've never been happier. 5/5 stars--I might have forgotten my middle name, but I definitely remembered how to relax. I came in for the first time today, after reading reviews online - and it was so worth it! I've had massages before but never a clinical massage. Stacy was amazing, before we even started she explained the process, and told me how it differs from other types of massage, and asked what area I preferred to be worked on. Throughout the entire massage she created a peaceful environment, checked in to make sure pressure levels were good and asked what movements/stretches felt good or if they were uncomfortable at all. It was relaxing and super helpful with my issues - literally, I describe my shoulder and neck muscles as concrete, and I was already feeling a lot better afterwards. Looking forward to my next appointment!
